Our Purposes

The Praise of God & the Proclamation of the Gospel

OUR PRIORITIES

we summarize our priorities with the acronym h.e.r.a.l.d:

Herald the Gospel 

All Christians are commanded to proclaim the Gospel.  (1 Corinthians 15:1-5)

Equipping the Saints

The Church is called to equip believers for the work of ministry and edification of one another.  (Ephesians 4:11-12)

Reconciling Relationships

As a Church we will seek to see man restored in his relationship with God, Christians restored to the Church, and biblical roles restored in the Church and at home.   (1 Corinthians 11:3 and 1 Peter 5:1-5)

Adoration of God

By reflecting on the character of God, we seek to promote adoration and worship of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  (Matthew 22:37)

Loving the Church 

The Church is made up of people who live globally, gather locally, and are motivated by God's love shown in the gospel to serve others with humility for His glory.  (Ephesians 5:25-27)

Discipleship Community

The Church exist to make disciples and build up authentic Christians through community work (church to individual) and "life on life".   (Hebrews 3:12-13)
